Directions from the Halifax
International Airport to Citadel Halifax Hotel
1. Exit the airport; follow Route (highway) #102 south bound towards Halifax for approximately
five miles.
2. Exit left onto Route (highway) # 118 at sign “
Halifax/Dartmouth via Bridges”.
3. Exit right onto Route (highway) #111; cross the MacKay Bridge the follow Barrington
Street.
4. At the second set of lights lake a right on Cornwallis and a left on Brunswick street
5. The Citadel Halifax Hotel is located at the first set of lights on your right hand
side.
From Cape Breton to the Citadel Halifax Hotel.
1. Following the route #104 (westbound), exit onto Route #102 (southbound) at Truro.
2. Exit left onto Route#118 at sign “ Halifax/ Dartmouth via Bridges”.
3. Exit right onto Route (highway) #111; cross the MacKay Bridge the follow Barrington
Street
4. At the second set of lights lake a right on Cornwallis and a left on Brunswick street
5. The Citadel Halifax Hotel is located at the first set of lights on your right hand
side.
From New Brunswick to the Citadel Halifax Hotel
1. Following the Route # 114 (eastbound), exit onto Route #102 (southbound) at Truro.
2. Exit left onto Route (highway) # 118 at sign “
Halifax/Dartmouth via Bridges”.
3. Exit right onto Route (highway) #111; cross the MacKay Bridge the follow Barrington
Street.

From Yarmouth on the #101 to the Citadel Halifax Hotel
1. Follow Route #101 (eastbound) for approximately 3.5 hours.
2. Take the Bedford bypass onto Dartmouth Road (Route #7) and then exit onto the MacKay
Bridge
3. Cross the MacKay Bridge in the left lane then follow Barrington Street.
4. At the second set of lights lake a right on Cornwallis and a left on Brunswick street
5. The Citadel Halifax Hotel is located at the first set of lights on your right hand
