I am writing to thank
you for the amazing hospitality that was shown to the conference attendees in September
2009. The conference went off smoothly because of the attention to detail on behalf
of your staff. The main conference room was airy, clean and comfortable. The meals
were very good, and everything arrived on schedule and was fresh and hot.
We were also extremely impressed with the front desk staff. Many attendees commented
that this was the best service they had received at a hotel in recent memory. The
concierge service was superb, everyone was so friendly. The housekeeping staff
was wonderful and promptly brought up any item as we requested them.
In short, our stay at the Citadel Halifax Hotel was perfect. We would happily recommend
your hotel to others.
